How many bedrooms will you need?  Keep in mind that a 1 Bedroom can accommodate a maximum of 4 (note:  Waterfront units can accommodate a maximum of 6); 2 Bedroom = 6, 3 Bedroom = 8, 4 Bedroom & Select Group Properties = accommodate according to their bedding configuration.

- 3 Bedroom - 4 Bedroom - I need multiple units as my party is large.  I will list in the comments a breakdown of my group (i.e. Grandma & Grandpa will need a 1 BR; Uncle Ed, Aunt Jane and their two kids need a 2 BR; Jim & Sharon with one child can use a 1 BR if it has a sleeper sofa, etc.)
